Meet The Team At Middleweek Newton

Lucy Middleweek

AGENT & DIRECTOR

Following a brief career as an actress, Lucy began working as an assistant in a number of well-established, UK-based, casting and management offices. In 2009, she had the opportunity to set up and build her own client list, within a newly-formed agency: Hoxton Street Management.

Tom Newton joined Lucy at Hoxton in 2011, by which time, and under Lucy's guidance, a small cohort of young clients had become highly sought-after. She continued at Hoxton until 2013 when she and Tom established Middleweek Newton Talent Management. Lucy believes that her own early experience as an actress has benefited her career as an agent, allowing her more fully to empathise with, and invest in, her clients' professional development.

Olivia Jaggers

AGENT

After graduating from Royal Holloway University, Olivia spent five years gaining experience at various agencies, including Hamilton Hodell and DAA, before settling as assistant to the legendary Jean Diamond. Whilst there, she worked with some of the most established names in British Film, TV and Theatre. Olivia joined the MN team as an agent in 2018, taking on clients from our own MN Academy, as well as drama schools and beyond..

Ileana Cillario

AGENT

From an early age Ileana has had a passion for film, television and books, her eagerness led to the New York Film Academy where she studied for three years. After graduating she returned home to Italy and began work as an editor and director of Sky review show ’Il Cinemaniaco di Gianni Canova'. She was further employed by Sky Atlantic and E News. Ileana moved to the UK and joined Middleweek Newton Talent Management as an assistant in 2015, working under the guidance of Lucy Middleweek. Ileana has since gone onto become an agent in her own right, she now manages a client list of actors and continues to operate as an integral member of the MN team.

Lucy Middleweek

FOUNDER / AGENT

After a dramatically brief career as an actress, Lucy made the natural leap to the other side of the audition room and found her true calling in talent management. She cut her teeth as an assistant in a number of respected casting and management offices, quickly proving she had a sharp eye for talent.

In 2009, Lucy founded Hoxton Street Management, building a small but standout roster of young actors who quickly began attracting attention across the industry. By 2013, she joined forces with Tom Newton to launch Middleweek Newton Talent Management.

Lucy credits her early experience as a performer for shaping her warm, hands-on approach as an agent - and for giving her a deep understanding of the emotional rollercoaster her clients ride, often before lunch!

Olivia joined Middleweek Newton in 2018, officially as an agent, but unofficially because we needed a resident Shakespeare nerd. Her favourite play is The Winter’s Tale and yes, she will happily explain why.

She now represents a roster of talent, with clients from MN Academy, drama schools, and beyond. Olivia brings warmth, sharp instincts, and a deep love of storytelling to everything she does.

Eleanor Wilson

ASSISTANT

Eleanor (Els) fell in love with theatre in 2010 at the age of 13 after watching a production of Romeo and Juliet by the Prague Shakespeare Company at the Open-Air Theatre in Vyšehrad. There was far too much leather; it rained halfway through, but she was hooked. Since then, she has been passionate all the many ways we tell stories across stage and screen.

After graduating with a BA in Theatre Production, focusing on stage management, from the Guildford School of Acting, Els worked as an assistant at several talent agencies before joining the MN team in 2025. Her stage management skills make her an expert wrangler of information, agents, and actors alike, and have given her a deep appreciation for pretty stationery.

Her favourite film is: The Princess Bride

Her favourite post-show food is: Pizza, ideally cheesy, like her jokes.
